I think your part numbers are incorrect or for an E body / 71+ B body

The correct part numbers for 70 RR should be:
2843751 - 426 Hemi
3418846 - 440 SIXPACK
3899339 - 383/440 4 barrel

However I think most of us have gotten the 4 barrel cable to work
