Looks like I found the answer, Dodge switched to Metric 14MM x 1.5 pitch in 2012, so I am surprised the 9/16" nuts went on so far, hopefully I didn't mess-up the studs, good thing I was putting them on hand! luck

The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.
