I will look later for my contact info there. I believe it is Art but don't quote me on that. Lots of good folks there but yes I believe there are one or two who seem pretty ambivalent about their jobs for sure. I don't think Art works there any more. If you are buying from overseas go through a 3rd party vendor as ATi won't accept any sort of overseas credit card payment and insisted on western union (or something). Lot of hassle, extra cost and delay but a good product.
