Thanks for the pix, Bob. I had only seen one view of the hood before now. If I had him do a hood, i would work with him on the design since he said he would have to do a new mold for anything other than the 6" one. I think i understand why he left the scoops in their stock location. i think i would use more of a "stylized" scoop(s) that suggests the stock shape and locations but blends it in with the raised design better.
