Thank you very much for that picture. The reverse rod does go under the crossmember and the forward rods are dragging on the part of the frame where the crossmember bolts to it. The exhaust is in the way, but it kinda looks like the bolt through part of the trans mount has slipped up to the top of the hole in the mount. Looks like that could be it and will confirm as soon as I get her out of the garage.
