Another thing I have noticed since fixing the (vacuum) leaking EGR is that the truck starts better at first fire of the day. It never seemed to crank that much, but, if I cycle the fuel pump before attempting to start, I basically have to just 'bump' the key for it to fire.

I didn't mention it, but, I did change the oil and filter before going over.

Something tells me this is gonna be just like my old Caravan and not pass unless it has a new cat on it.
