You can do the easily with ported Edelbrock or ProMaxx heads. My Sons 3150 pound Duster has gone 10.40's with a 360, 520 lift Racer Brown cam, ported Edelbrock heads with a 2.05 valve, and a 727 transmission and 4.10 gears.
