Took the car for a spin tonight and noticed green fluid spraying up onto the windshield. Got back to the garage and found fluid pouring out of the weep hole on the pump. I thought this may have been an issue from swapping out a 195 thermostat to a 180 unit last weekend. So I removed the pulleys and heard a SCREETCH noise from the pump when I rotated it back and fourth.
This is the second NAPA pump in four years. The WOT shift points are 5800rpms. What pump do you recommend that may last longer than two years and 1500 miles?
