That still looks like too much oil to me.

Just think about how most of the roller lifters oil the pushrod when they are clocked correctly to the oil gallery.
The oil feed hole is above the band in the lifter, and the pressurized oil has to squeeze between the lifter bore and the lifter body to get into the feed hole.
That's how your lifters would oil if they were installed in the block they were intended to go in.

With a direct feed hole like you have, I would have it down around .012".

The only real "issue" with too much oil up top is if it compromises how much oil is in the sump at high rpm operation. It needs to be able to drain all of that oil as quickly as it's pumped to the top.
