You are right there. By my calculations, a 90 amp hour battery would go dead with that draw in 8,181 hours or 340 days.
You can get as much as a 500 ma draw just across a dirty battery.
How much current did the load test put on the battery? It may not be as much as a starter does. The battery may be breaking down under load even if the load test shows it okay. If they are giving you a hassle with the warranty, you might try another branch of the same store.
A third point, in many cars, the battery draw avalanches when the voltage gets low. The 11 ma current can then go up to the amp range as the battery grows weaker. It kind of drops off a cliff and the battery goes dead faster.
