While I didn't do the work because I bought the truck already done, but my 06 cummins 4x4 has a level kit and I believe a slight lift. it's running 35" tires on 20" rims.

what exactly are you wanting to know? If you're asking about the bilstein shocks only, I can't help you there, because mine is done with either spring spacers, or new springs.
