I tried all 4 quardants.......tdc,90,bdc,90... nothing ... I even tried straight up and down in relation to the crank centerline.... and at a 90 to it as well....
Instead of trying and turning 90 deg and trying again. Try running the pump while you SLOWLY turn the crankshaft 2 full rotations.
