pull the plugs & see if any are fouled. If you have any extra plug wires you might sub em in for a quick test. did this start all of a sudden? what did you mean "not at the same time" You might pull the carb top & clean it out and take out the idle mixture screws and blast the ports with a 3 second shot of brake kleen with the thin red straw to get in there.
