215 is fine, actually on the cool side of things. MOst modern cars run much hotter oil temps than that upwards of 250+. FWIW our 68 Camaro has a partial fill in the block and we see 240+ after driving it on the highway. Installed an oil cooler and got those temps down to 200+-. Had that fail and have not had one on it for years and been driving it at 240+ with no issues. If you use a synthetic oil 250+ will not be an issue at all.
