Most of the dimensions are point to point. This means you can take a tape measure and go edge to edge on the hole or point location.

For dimensions where the letter T is circled, you need what is called a tram guage and you set the pointers to the height values called out. If you do not have access to a tram guage, you will measure them comparative side to side.
