no you do not need new lifters....

you will need the roller rockers...and probably new shafts to go with them...

you will need pushrods for adjustable rockers with hydraulic cam/lifters...


with adjustable rockers (roller rockers, ductile iron rockers) there are two pushrod lengths..one for hydraulic lifters and one for solid lifters...

difference is becaue the plunger in the lifters are different..
