Yes and No.

On the crank you need to make sure you have a pilot hole and bushing for the input shaft.

Timing cover has different timing marks, use the 360 damper and cover and you should be good to go.

Fly wheel is weighted different for the 360 you could have you flywheel balanced or get on for a 360, but most 273s I beleive had a small diameter clutch and flywheel and they are not available for 360s to my knowledge.

You could bolt up your intake and carb if you want, otherwise you might need to fabricate some linkage.

Motor mount is a little different on one side either get some schumacher mounts or stack some washers on to take up the difference.


That is the main things I can think of off the top of my head.
