For me, so far so good on the Aeromotive Phantom 340 system. The car was able to make the first start and run for 30 min on about 2 gallons of gas (and a totally empty fuel system), and I've cornered it pretty hard (not autox or road course though) with it showing below 1/4 tank and no hiccups from the EFI. Car has a full return system.






I think one possible positive with this is that the returned fuel is dumping directly into the foam/rubber bucket when you're low on fuel. You also adjust how close the pickup is to the bottom of the bucket (mine has minimum clearance).

As you can see I had to do some mods to the trunk floor (there is now a cover there), but there is zero issue with ground clearance as it's just as stock. I made some dents in the top of the tank to pass the fuel lines with adequate clearance. With the trunk mat down, that extra 3/4-1" isn't really even that noticeable. Can remove the pump without pulling the tank as well.
