What is the info that the dot or police are going to use to verify my truck can pull the 10K trailer? It is not listed on the door tag? In the ford towing guide I have it says with 3.73s I can pull up to 14000# with a load distributing hitch and I have one.
Is it exatly 10,000? At 10,001 and above here, you must have the licence plate of the tow vehicle registered to cover both the weight of the truck AND trailer.
