Monte this may be a dumb question, i have a couple older NOS nitrous solenoids, they are the larger ones but they are diff PN and they are discontinued now so i cant get rebuild kits for them anymore, can they be machined to accept a current plunger???

one is PN 16040 the other is PN 16000 the old Cheater sol, then again im pretty sure there is a telfon plunger avail for the 16000 right?? Can anything be done with the 16040, is it even worth it??
