You are correct, it does have the Slightly thicker web. Not nearly as good as the 400,s but better.
In your shoes I would do that engine myself too. What the last one lasted 30 years you say? If this one lasts you another 30 years its going to outlast you.lol
Build it with the 4.25 crank, and the other parts you have.
