Just in case it matters, there were also changes to the inner fenders through the years. Again, it's mainly mounting holes for stuff, but there were some shape differences also, regarding the battery hold down & the hold down bolt for California emissions. Some of the sheetmetal dimples are located differently also. Heck, the very early cars even had a different provision for grounding next to the radiator support. Lots of little subtle changes, it just depends how detailed you want your restoration to be.
