Looking at motor swaps on two of my trucks. (1982, 1984) Both of these trucks are 4x4.One is a auto, the other a stick. This being said, what is a fairly easy swap. On the stick truck, would like to install a 5.7 with a 5 speed. I think it would be a nice combo. The truck has a slant 6 in it now. How is it going to fit up to the transfer case? The auto truck has a 360 in it. tired ,3:55 gear. wouldn't mind to put in a better Horse power motor with over drive. Anyone do this already or good site to find out the best way. thanks
