I have the eldorado calipers on the rear of my truck, and standard GM front calipers. I have a 1.25" MC, which I believe is too big (now that I finally got a rear caliper that actually works).

I think I'll have to go down to a 1 1/8 or so to get more pedal travel and higher pressure.


MAKE SURE that you can't see any light between the pads and the rotor in the rear. If you do, you'll lose most of your pedal travel to take up that gap.

And yes, the ebrake has to be used occasionally to keep the pads near the rotor.
