Last Summer 2014, I bought an reconditioned 070 fan clutch from Finer Details at the Carlisle Chrysler Nationals.
When I returned home, I discovered the part was defective and sent it back to Finer Details a month later for a warranty replacement. Finally, in March, I was promised a replacement, but it wasn't sent.
I have, since then, tried numerous times to get a replacement part from Finer Details or my money back. My e-mails are being ignored and my calls are not returned. Since a year has gone by, I have now purchased a replacement part, so all I would like to do now is get my money back. Any suggestions?
