I track 69 STL and 69 LR built cars plus have tags from all makes and models.

Most of the 96***** VON cars I have on file are Dodges.
960***, 962***, 964***, 965***, 966***, 967*** cars exist.
The highest 96 VON I have seen is 9673**.
The earliest 96 VON SPD I have seen is 714.
The latest 96 VON SPD I have seen is 428.

I don't have this car on file and would love to add it if you wouldn't mind sharing.
