I did one with a hand drill.. it turned out ok but
it had a small seep all the time... all the rest that
I have done are on the mill... you better decide to do
it prior to the build up... are there ways to do it..
yes but I sure wouldnt want to chance it

You would be farther ahead if you bought one of those
plates and used that.. if its already built.. and if
its in the car thats about the only way
