I am trying to keep the outside appearance of the car very traditional as if it was being altered in the early 1970's. I plan on using the exact same factory pin kits that were used to hold down the fiberglass Hemi hoods so that they match and also look traditional.

If you or someone that you know have already done this, can you please share your knowledge and post pictures if possible?

I really don't have much to add concerning the Dart body. However, I would think 4 would be sufficient depending on the under-structure of the lid.
Guess my best suggestion would be to lay out scuff plates on the deck lid where they "look good" to YOU and see what would be involved for locating the pins....
