OK, so the mechs couldn't start it due to low oil pressure. Had it towed back ($80 again!) and pulled the engine again. Changed the oil pump and drive, ran up the pump with a drill to get 60lbs and also painted the intake blue to match while I was at it. Stuffed it back in and heres the result.
