Jules used to do them. I don't know who does them now. You could take them apart yourself and have the pivot replated.

Carefully grind off the top of the pivot where it's crimped over. That will let you remove the piece that the wiper arms attach to. After the metal retainer is removed, the pivot will slide out of the aluminum housing. To reassemble, you need to grind about a 1/16" off the top of the piece the wiper arms attach to. That will expose the top of the pivot. Finally, you can crimp it back down.
