Thanks to Scott @ Harm's Auto for the "new" '73 TQ. Not only did he do his magic and make it look great but it runs better than it looks. Got everything connected, primed, checked, double checked and hit the starter.
The engine (first start-up from rebuild) turned over less than a second and fired right up !!
