I had an 01 XJ w/ a D35 (all with 4 wheel ABS had the D35 instead of the mopar 8-1/4 as I was told back when I owned that XJ) when I had XJ #2 (97, no ABS) that one had the 8-1/4 so the relationship between ABS and which rear was used could be accurate. but must be "body specific" because there ain't any ABS on my Wrangler and it is a D35.
