I am looking into "possibly" getting an LM1 kit this Winter. If I do, than I will need to add the bung and I am not running headers.
I can weld but I do not have a welder at home and I do not want to drive the car in the Winter to the exhaust shop. So I was hoping to just find an in-line adaptor to mount so that I could do it this Winter in my garage. I would assume that the standard exhaust pipe wall thickness is too thin to tap thru for a bung, but that is just a guess.
