I was able to try out the adapters that I got and the TransDapt 1013 style will work with the Schumacher mount. There is a small clocking issue but it is a minor detail.

All I would need to do is get a few more of the threaded nipples in the right of my pic to experiment with and I should be good.

The adapter needs to be clocked perpendicular to block as shown and everything pretty much clears

Luckily there are 1/2 NPT to -12AN fittings available so I can still use -12 lines

I also tried the Moroso 23820 adapter but unfortunately the center port hits the mount.

I still have to try the CVR-OFB69 and Earl's 1178ERL adapters. Those two should be billet aluminum vs. the TransDapt which is cast and isn't the best quality.
