Ron, here's what I've been using for years. Testor's Model Master Grabber Blue. I clean them thouroughly with a toothbrush and plastic cleaner. Then I put on my magnifying visor cuz I can't see that close to things, and I paint the areas with a very fine pointed brush. Two coats. Then I use PPG DX-330 on pointed Q-tips from Christmas Tree Shop to clean up the edges. DO NOT USE LAQUER THINNER. It will melt the plastic. The paint dries overnight and it will be a little on the shiny side so the next day I spray Testor's Clear dullcoat over the blue to knock down the shine and give it a little more durability. Again, I clean the surrounding areas with the pointed Q-Tips and DX-330 and you're done.
