The flywheel will work for balance and is drilled for either an 11" or 12" B&B or diaphragm pressure plate.

It's got a lot of teeth, cant remember how many but it's way more than 140.

I just had the engine out of my '64D100. I replaced the stock 11" original disk with an 11.5" Schiefer disk and 12" McLeod pressure plate that I got for next to nothing. It's something like a 2800 lb clutch and I have no problems with pedal effort, although it is noticeably harder than the original.

One other thing: When disassembling, remove the seat and the trans tunnel cover to get better access to everything. Pull the transmission first. Then, unbolt the four motor mounts and the engine and bellhousing come out together. The bellhousing weighs a ton and wraps around the flywheel, easier to take off when the engine is out. The transmission will not pull out, bolted to the engine. I found out the hard way.
