I would go for the cop car wheels with the vented poverty caps for 2 reasons (1) your '84 truck has the 5 on 4.5" bolt circle and the later wheels would require later rotors in front and later replacement axle shafts and drums in back to go with the 5 on 5.5" pattern (2) painted wheels are so easy to maintain and subtle. I had a set on my '74 D100 (traded that to my oldest son and he lost it in a divorce)

I went the other way with my '86 Ramcharger (early rotors and custom axles) to get the CenterLine Warriors to fit.
