I now check/correct every hole in all carbs I work on and the last 850 Pro Form Race Carb I went through had emulsion holes too small and a few not even drilled all of the way through including the rear kill bleeds. If they do it right it should be tuneable for you w/just a few(hopefully)tweeks of the bleeds, t-slot jets and ifr`s...........
