In my opinion, its when folks overdrive the capabilities of the tire. Driven well and kept within the temperatures that the tire likes to see, they are fantastic.
So basically..if you drive like Alain Prost, go with the Falkens. If you drive like Ayrton Senna, you should probably stick to Firehawks or BFG Sport Comp-2's.
