Tell me more about these injector's and why it would be better. I imagine you've tried it so what was the out come??

I just bought a beautiful 99 Durango with 66,000 miles and a seized up engine. Not sure why it seized on the people but Im gonna be replacing it with a low mileage 5.2 from a 97 Dodge truck. I already replaced the upper intake gaskets so that's done and im gonna pull the pan to make sure its sludge free and probably install a new oil pump for cheap insurance but wondered about what else I should do to make it better.
