Hellooooo....the Judge appointed someone to oversee the track....this isn't a crossword puzzle they are trying to "solve"....there are 2 felonies and someone went to jail.....these aren't rumors....
how in the hell would you know whats going on? answer you don't. the Woods are cooperating with authorities and this will be resolved. the state is not running the track. now crawl back in you ice hole up there.
