I got the call from one of my go-to buds. You know the kind of guy that you have a pact with. The kind that you will drop what you are doing and go pull him out of anything pact. He had just put 8 gallons of gas in his diesel! So we disconnected the batteries, pulled it to my shop and it sits in my bay. We did not cycle the key so the pump in the tank did not charge the fuel system. I have to get it cleaned up tomorrow. I have located the fuel line that goes in the rear of the fuel filter of his 2004 2500 4wd. I could either pull it off and pump it dry or take the filter out and turn the key on and it would fill the filter reservoir. Then I could pump it out with my Holley blue pump that I use to drain gas tanks and transfer Naptha from my 55 gallon drums all the time. Anyone had this happen and what did you do?
