Check out Mancini. They have the best price I have seen so far on the suspension kits.
They will sell the socket size you need based upon the year and type of the car. (you definitely want to use the socket)
The pickle fork makes life easier and you may be able to borrow it from a local auto parts store.
The control arm bushings can be done with the tools sold if you don't have a shop press.
