WyleECoyote OP pro stock Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 1,377 Tennessee	1984 Ram - I unbolted the coil & bracket to move it out of the way for the holley fuel line - and its just hanging out around there, not bolted down. I secured it with cable ties, but its not bolted down. Does it need to be bolted down to be grounded - or just bolted down for security? I'm having an intermittent problem with the charging system maxing out at 16+volts here and there. Most times it eventually drops back to 14 volts. I'm wondering now if maybe its because that coil is unbolted. Anyone have any experiences with this?
