Then it is just basic metal polishing. I use a buffing wheel on a bench grnder with various compounds. You can hand polish, but it takes ALOT of time.





Me too. Some lite sanding with increasingly finer grits up to 1000 before polishing makes a nice job. (assuming all imperfections have been tapped out)
