Many of the trucks you see came from the factory with the 5 on 4.5 inch bolt pattern. The larger bolt pattern was used on 2wd trucks from 1985(or late 1984 depending on who you consult).

For the rear axle, you may have to swap axle shafts, the entire axle assembly or run adapters. The front can be changed using the parts mentioned above.
