The Duster Demons do not get a seperate cover piece like the Dart you have pictured.

Sort of looks like the seal isn't sitting right in the channel with the window so that is forcing the lip to stick up. Was the lip sitting ok before you put the headliner in. If so, maybe when you pulled the lip back to get the headliner tucked in, it pushed/moved the rubber/body-lip/glass joint out of place.

If you have the rear window molding on, take if off and see what going on with the other side of that lip that sticking out. Maybe you will see something that doesn't look kosher.
