Can't offer much for a 41, but with the 46-48 side door glass, the window channel glues to the outside edge of the door and the window garnish molding holds it in place on the inside. The little side fuzzies stapled to the door frame and stapled to the garnish molding, if one was there. (must have been an option or production shortage, about 1/2 of the cars I've seen didn't have garnish fuzzies). The division bar between the roll up window and the vent window is attached to the lower mechanism that lifts and lowers the glass. The rubber that attaches to that is not available, but the same fuzzies used for the side glass sort of work when glued in place. Vent window rubber attaches to the garnish molding. Gene
