if the heads were warped and the head gasket blown, wouldn't i see milky oil or steam coming out of the exhaust?

You would think so but no it does not show them condition's. It almost acts like its not a head gasket problem. What happens is the fan comes on and stays on as it wont get cool enough to turn the fans off at idle. It will idle and come down to about 220 to 230 but just not cool enough to turn the fans off. And it will boil coolant out of the overflow bottle sometims and even start to melt the overflow bottle. It seems to push combustion pressure into the cooling system causing hot air pockets. Ron
