Around here, with the 94 & newer, the club, quad, (or extended cab if you want to call them that, what were the 3 door cabs called?) with short boxes are the normal style of truck to be found, and a high percentage of those are 4x4.
Now for the pre 94, standard cab long box were the most seen, but those are few, and far between, sightings these days.
My brother in law lives near the Denver Co area, for many years he collected the club cab, short box, 4x4, big block trucks! At one time he had at least 4 of them. Nice, rust free, high mountain, CO trucks! I doubt he has many, if any, left, he has moved a couple of times in the last 15-20 years. Gene
